Accessibility at Windsor Park — what to expect

From 133 wheelchair spaces to commentary headsets and free companion seats, here's how we make matchday work for every fan — and how to book.
We want every supporter to enjoy matchday at the National Stadium at Windsor Park. Here's a quick guide to the facilities and how to book.
Wheelchair users
There are 133 wheelchair spaces, each with a seat next to it for a personal assistant. You'll find them at the back of the East (Family) Stand and in the South Lower and South Upper stands. Lifts serve every accessible area, accessible toilets are close by, and our hospitality lounges are wheelchair-accessible too.
Reduced mobility
Ambulant seats with step-free access are available in the South and East stands, for fans who don't use a wheelchair but would find stairs difficult.
Companions and carers
If you need an essential companion or carer to attend, they can have a free seat next to you. Once your accessibility request is approved, the companion ticket is issued automatically alongside yours.
Blind and partially sighted fans
Sit anywhere in the ground, and request a match-commentary headset so you can follow every moment.
How to book
Fill in the accessibility request on the ticket site once — tell us what you need, and add any supporting information. Our team reviews requests quickly, and you can check the status any time in My tickets. Winnie can also talk you through the options.
